When will my order ship?

Because our recliners are built to order, the processing time will vary based on model ordered. Production and delivery times are usually within 14 days, however production schedules can vary so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our standard shipping carrier is e-go.com.au. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. You may use this tracking information to track the status of your order at any time. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please advise when placing your order if you require special shipping.

Please make sure ship-to address can receive truck deliveries.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Our carriers require a physical address for shipment delivery.

Do you ship to residential addresses?

We can ship to a residential address for an additional charge. Please also make sure you can receive truck deliveries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time for orders shipped via e-go.com.au vary by your location, but generally speaking, you will receive your order in 2-7 days once the order ships (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. You may use this tracking information to track the status of your order at any time.

What do I do if my package was damaged in shipment?

We take every measure when preparing your order for shipment to ensure your products arrive safely. In the event your package is damaged by the carrier, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of package) via our contact page. Please also ensure that it is noted on the delivery receipt that the shipment is damaged. Failure to mention of damaged goods on the delivery receipt may result in denial of damage claim by the freight carrier.

It is important that you keep the box and all packaging material so that we can expedite the process with the carrier and ensure a speedy product replacement. Failure to keep packaging material and provide timely notification will only delay the process and may result in denial of damage claim by the freight carrier.
